LEBANON, KY | 2022 Chevrolet 2500HD SilveradoMarch 22, 2023Took my truck in to have brakes checked because they were squeaking terribly (just had a set put on in September 2022 because they were squeaking terribly- mind you I bought the truck in August 2022) and was told by the service technician that since they couldn't get them to squeak driving it in the parking lot- nothing could be done (even though I bought the extra warranty- Bumper to Bumper) - on the drive home from picking it up they squeaked every time the brake petal was pushed. I have NEVER had an issue with anyone at Don Franklin Campbellsville, I have bought many new vehicles from there and not one complaint. But this was ridiculous- why buy the extra warranties, when the service guys won't take your claim seriously.Response from Don Franklin Campbellsville Chevrolet GMC
